on behalf of Egmer:

Dear Parish Councils and local residents,

I hope this email finds you all well.

It is getting to the time of year where we look to harvest some rye crops for Egmere Energy. We are fully aware of the inconvenience this can sometimes cause and as ever want to do everything in our power to mitigate any inconvenience.

We have a small area of rye to harvest, I don’t foresee the harvest being any more than 2 weeks. There is some rye being grown for us in Burnham Thorpe by ND Southerland this will be no more than one and a half days work. The rest of the rye being grown will enter the AD Plant via the ‘’Dry Road’’ B1105.

In past harvests we have managed a one-way systems through Burnham Thorpe and Walsingham and will make sure this is executed again while harvesting the rye near the villages.

Please remember that we run an ID system for each driver and the ID number is located on the rear of the trailer and consists of two letters and two numbers. In the unlikely event of an issue please contact me via the number below with the ID number in order for me to consult the driver directly.

The harvest will likely begin the 23rd June if the lovely weather continues. I will be out and about putting speed signs up in the affected villages so feel free to come and say hello.

Thank you as always for your patience and support.

Kind Regards
